Access to upload employee data to the Telus Health FTP server is managed by LPSO Information Systems. The required resources to perform these steps are restricted to authorized users and the authorized application deployments are based on the authorized users.

The employee data file must be uploaded to the Telus Health FTP server weeklyonMonday before 5:00PM EST.

Obtain Employee Data

1. Automated Email

1. Save the attached file to a temporary location and modify the file name in the format of “lpso_upload_yyyyMMdd.csv”
1. Where the date of “1/16/2026” would be (20260116):
1. "yyyy" = the current 4-digit year (2026)
2. "MM" = the current 2-digit month (01)
3. "dd" = the current 2-digit date (16)
2. Resulting in the file name “lpso_upload_20260116.csv”

1. Manual export

1. Open Collective Data https://collectivedata.lafayettesheriff.com
2. Go to Reports > Report Selector and select the report “Employee Data Export – Telus Health App” and then click next.


3. In the next screen, keep the default options and click next.


4. When the report finishes building, click “download report”.


5. Go to your downloads folder on your computer and find the downloaded report.
6. Rename the report to match the file name format described above in section ****.

Upload Employee Data

1. Open the FileZilla FTP Client application on your computer.


2. Click the down arrow for the FTP Site Manager to show a list of FTP sites and select “Telus Health FTP Server” to connect the FileZilla FTP Client to the Telus Health FTP server.


3. From the “local site” navigation pane, navigate to your downloads directory or the directory where the employee data file was saved.
4. From the “remote site” navigation pane, navigate to the “files” directory.
5. Find the employee data file in the “local site” file pane and drag and drop the file to the “remote site” file pane.


6. Once the file upload has completed, you can disconnect the FTP server connection and then close the FileZilla FTP Client application.
