Repair Wondershare

You're attempting to use Wondershare on a VMS machine but it appears to have locked up.

Corruption appears to occur at times with the configuration file of Wondershare.

• Close Wondershare either by clicking the X or by killing the task in Task Manager
• Open File Explorer
• Browse to C:\ProgramData\Wondershare\UniConverter 15
• If you do not see the ProgramData folder, you will need to show hidden folders
• In File Explorer, click View at the top of the window
• Hover over Show
• Select Hidden Items
• 
• Once in the UniConverter 15 folder, find the UniConverter file; once found, delete it.
• 
• Open Wondershare and the application should open but the software will be unlicensed; re-login to the software with your Wondershare login to properly license the software
• Done!
