Office 365 - Accessing a shared mailbox using webmail.

User access to shared mailboxes is restricted and must be approved by the owner of the account.

1. Login to your email account using webmail.
2. Click on your avatar icon on the top right of the browser page.
3. Then select “Open another mailbox”



4. Enter the email address of the shared mailbox and then click the “Open” button.



5. The shared mailbox will open in a new browser tab where you can switch between the open mailboxes.
