- These steps may vary with different versions of Microsoft Outlook, but the basic process is the same.
- This only applies to installed versions of Microsoft Office.
- This method will only allow you to access the shared mailbox from outlook without having to use a separate application. You will have to manually monitor and switch between the accounts.
- Add the mailbox as a separate account using the email address for the shared mailbox.
- Use your own credentials for the authentication
process.
- Select “Sign in with another account”
- Change the login to your account and complete the authentication process.
