Reset Windows Hello

- Issue - User has forgotten PIN that was setup when initially setting up Windows Hello
- Solution
- While the user is logged in, open a command prompt (NOT as Administrator!)
- Type certutil /deletehellocontainer
This command effectively deletes all aspects of Windows Hello that was setup on the machine and allows it to be re-setup.
