Users with only FOB's for dual authentication. Change JMS authentication to allow Security FOBs

How To Change Authentication

If you are using a physical dual factor key to log into the JMS then you will need to follow the below steps to be able to log into the JMS.

NOTE:  You should only have to do this once per computer. Once this is done for a computer it should be done FOREVER. Sometimes an update may mess with these settings and if this happens please refer to these steps later on as needed.

If you get the message “Action Required” then these steps are for you.

1. Click this link https://install.365labs.com/start/loginmethod.html

a. You will see this screen

2. Select “Set Login Method to V3”

a. It will open a dialog box like this.

b. Check the box “Always Allow install.365labs.com to open links”

c. Press “Open Start365”

3. Start 365 will open and show the following message.

a. You are done.

b. Log into JMS like normal with the security key.
