Resolution:You've either received a new phone or need to re-setup LPSO email on a mobile device.
- These steps are generalized and may vary from device to device.
- Open the App Store or Play Store and search for outlook.
- When you find the entry for 'Microsoft Outlook', hit Install.
- When the install is complete, open the newly installed Outlook app.
- On the first screen that appears, hit the Add Account button.
- The next steps vary depending on what happens next.
- If you notice your account listed, ensure it's checked and hit Continue.
- Otherwise, hit Skip or Enter your email address and hit Continue.
- On the next screen, input your email password and process through MFA.
- Select Maybe Later on the Add another account screen.
- Enable notifications or not depending on your preference.
- All done!
