Delete Printer Queue

Question:

The Open Booking ID Printer has a print job that needs to be deleted but unable to do so.

Print Job 92.

Answer:

On the computer with the issue, try these steps...

On the taskbar, type software center in the search bar.
Open the Software Center app.
Within the Applications entry, you'll see an option called "Print Queue - ClearPrintJobs"
Once you spot it, click it.
Click Install.
This should run a command that'll clear the print queue on this particular machine.
Software Center will then ask for a restart of the computer; do so before attempting to print again. (You may want to restart the printer as well but may not be necessary).

It corrected when I restarted the printer.

It kind of worked. The queue is no longer visible but when I put IDs back in the printer it is printing the same file

I recently created something in Software Center that'll allow you to clear the print queue on your own.

Try these above steps and let me know if successful or not.
