Email storage still full after cleaning.

After cleaning out email folders Microsoft Outlook shows that your mailbox still exceeds the maximum storage limit.

There is a location that is storing emails that has not been cleaned out.

Find the location storing the additional emails.

1. Open Microsoft Outlook.
2. Select "Folder" from the top menu.
3. Select "Folder Properties" from the properties section of the menu ribbon.
4. Select the "Folder Size" button.
1. This will give you a list of all the folders and space they are using to store data.
